About Dr Eva Mockler
Dr Eva M. Mockler’s areas of expertise include integrated catchment modelling, sensitivity and uncertainty analyses, catchment scale hydrology, conceptual model development, agricultural pollution and attenuation, and nutrient source apportionment. Following from her PhD in Hydrology (UCD, 2014) she was awarded a 3-year EPA Research Fellowship for the CatchmentTools Project which developed models for strategic environmental assessments focusing on water quality (nutrients and sediment). Dr Mockler has co-authored 10 peer-reviewed articles with many Irish and international collaborators, four EPA reports, and >10 conference papers. She has successfully competed for research funds of €700,000, including a Dobbin Award (2013) and two EPA-funded Projects (2013 & 2016).
